4 Questions to Get to the Heart of Your Relationship Issues:
A deep, intimate relationship is a fountain; a natural source of energy, vitality and joy. We all enter this space seeking to be nourished.
Q – Why am I not feeling nourished?
The most common cause is that you are not being seen, heard and understood.
Q – What might I be doing that makes it hard for me to be seen, heard and understood?
I’m not really sharing the soft, underbelly part of me that would make connecting a natural process.
Q – What makes it hard for me to do that?
FEAR. Fear that if I expose those places within me they will be misunderstood, devalued and rejected. That is the worst type of pain.
Q – Can I begin to risk that or at least let myself and my partner know that I would like to?
The honest answer to that last question will determine the future of your relationship.
